Cassie Farnsworth is the founder and owner of C. Joy Studios. She is a voice teacher in Davis County as well as a licensed speech-language pathologist. She began teaching voice lessons in California in 2020 and fell in love with helping others develop their voice and self-confidence. Her medical SLP background makes her passionate about healthy singing, as she has studied vocal anatomy and physiology and has worked to overcome her own vocal health issues. Cassie is an accredited teacher and active participant of International Voice Teachers of Mix (IVTOM). She studies continually and is always eager to acquire new skills and knowledge pertaining to voice—both musically and medically.

Cassie began singing at a young age and has enjoyed performing in many musicals, choirs, small groups, and solo competitions throughout her life. She has studied with many talented instructors, including renowned master teacher Dean Kaelin (teacher of David Archuleta, Olivia Rodrigo on Disney HSM, and many other successful artists) and Aimee Geddes. She graduated from Brigham Young University and participated in BYU choirs and a cappella group “Noteworthy.” After graduating with her master’s degree from the University of North Texas then living in Florida, Utah, and California for her husband’s medical training, the Farnsworths have settled in Centerville, Utah with their three adorable daughters.
